Second Gambling Hearing In S.C.

The PPA has sent out an e-mail reminding, and I want to as well, everyone that the South Carolina Senate is holding a second hearing upstate in Greenville tomorrow, Monday 30th on legislation to legalize poker. I wish I could make the drive up there to attend this one, but due to current circumstances I can’t. I encourage those that can though to please do so.

If you are a member of the Poker Players Alliance they are giving the first 50 PPA members that show up a free PPA T-Shirt. Opponents of poker are mobilizing to pack this hearing, so the PPA is doing what they can to get poker players out to this hearing. From what I gather, dozens of PPA members will be attending this very important public hearing.

As the mail stated, “don’t let a vocal minority thwart the rights’ of South Carolina poker players.” Attend the hearing if you are able to and show your support for poker players here in South Carolina.
