The latest events on the South Carolina gambling case has just come in from WCBD TV News Station 2 out of Charleston S.C.
Charleston County Judge David Coker has turned down the motion to dismiss charges against the three men arrested during an April gambling raid in Hanahan, South Carolina.
The three poker defendants are charged with 17 counts of unlawful gaming.
One defendant, Bob Chimento, told News 2 that he wants to “put a nail in the coffin of the gambling law.“
I wish him all the luck and am fully on his side. Folk, I encourage each and everyone that believes in our rights to play poker to contact your Congressmen and let them know how you feel about the laws across the lands.
